The knife design features multiple control surfaces in the blade and handle giving the user a perfect fit in a variety of grips.

Care:
- Hand-wash with warm water and a mild detergent; rinse and dry immediately
- Do not place in dishwasher
- Avoid cleaners containing bleach or citrus extracts
- Don't chop through bones
- Oil the wood handle as needed with food-safe mineral oil
